Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

• Custom-made or personalised products may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be communicated when your order is placed.

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa. If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options and costs.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Major cities: 4-7 business days

• Regional areas and smaller towns: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Promotional offers, including free shipping, may be available from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website.

Delivery Responsibility

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product. We will work with the courier service to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
